Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our PDF editor in accordance with these Terms.
- The license is for personal or business use as specified in your selected plan.
- Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
2. Product Delivery
Our product is delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link and license key.
- Ensure your email address is accurate.
- If you do not receive the product within 1 hour, contact support@uzzupdf.net.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the product in accordance with applicable laws
- Not share your license key or login details with unauthorized parties
- Not upload any harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content into the editor
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and related materials are the intellectual property of Uzzu PDF FZE. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without permission.
5. Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are only available under specific conditions (e.g., duplicate purchase or technical fault that cannot be resolved within 5 days).
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzzu PDF FZE is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Compatibility issues if system requirements were not checked
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license or access if you violate these Terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
