1. Digital Product Delivery
Our PDF editor is delivered via secure electronic download immediately after purchase. You will receive an activation key and download link at the email address provided during checkout.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital goods, we only offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:
- You purchased the same license more than once by mistake (duplicate purchase).
- The software cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve within 5 business days of receiving full cooperation.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
Please Note: Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after product activation or download
- Compatibility issues where system requirements were not checked before purchase
- Failure to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge
3. Refund Request Procedure

- Reason for refund

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to block future access or licensing in such cases.
